We ensure all our linens are pre-washed to avoid shrinkage and bleeding but some colors are heavier in dye and still tend to bleed even after the initial wash.
To best care for this piece (especially the Mori), wash separately in cold/normal temp water with any laundry soap. Do not be alarmed if water is colored. Wash quickly and DO NOT soak too long in soapy water. Rinse off soap right away. The reds won’t transfer onto the crema.
After wash, hang dry INVERTED immediately. Separate the inner lining and hang dry in such a way that inner lining will be at the bottom. After the next few washes, bleeding will stop altogether.
