2How do I process payment?
When ordering through the site, payment is coursed through Maya, our payment gateway. The most common modes of payment accepted are: (1) QR and e-Wallets, or (2) Debit/Credit Card.
Our website inventory is only deducted once payment is confirmed and received. Unpaid orders do not secure the piece(s) you’ve added to cart. Settling payment on time is advised.

3How do I track my package?
We ship your packages via LBC. If you wish to track your package, send us an email at wear.anika@gmail.com and we will provide the LBC tracking number.

Thus, all our pieces are for pre-order. We do not have any items available on-hand. We only begin production once you've placed, confirmed, and paid for your order. Therefore, we do not accommodate requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to your change-of-mind or customer mistakes.

5What is your lead time for pre-orders?
Kindly allow 10 business days (or less) lead time upon payment confirmation for your order to arrive, with the exception of November and December. During these months, due to the holiday rush, the lead time is extended to 15 business days. Strictly no rush orders during our peak season.

As of Feb. 1 2025, custom fee is P600/style (“Custom Fee”). Minor Alteration Fee will remain to be P450/style.
Any form of customization that will drastically modify our design will not be accommodated.
Strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom pieces, as these are for pre-order as well.
The same lead time policy above will apply to your custom orders.
If you wish to make further adjustments to your custom keepsake, the Minor Alteration Fee of P450 will still apply on top of the P600 Custom Fee.

10Do you have a pop-up or a studio to try on your pieces?
Currently, we hold operations online only.
We occasionally hold annual pop-ups (most recent one in Greenbelt 5, Makati last Oct-Dec 2024). Announcements for our next pop-up or event are made through Instagram.

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! We’ve shipped to the USA, the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Austria, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Canada, and Australia.
We have a standard P3,500 international shipping fee via our courier LBC.

Size charts for each style are available for review via our website under every product page. We provide each clothing item’s measurement for you to cross-check if your body measurements will fit in each style’s standard sizing. Please note that each style may vary in fit and measurement.
