1How do I place an order?
To place an order, click on the Shop tab from the menu. Select your items and specify your preferred size. Once you have finished shopping, click on the Checkout button located on the right hand side of the page. Fill in your details in the checkout page and submit your order when finished.
2Payment & Shipping
We accept payment via (1) Bank Deposit or (2) Bank Transfer through DragonPay and (3) credit card through PayPal. For Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer, follow the instructions on our checkout page. Your order will only be packed once payment has been received. Only then will your order be processed and we will have it shipped out to you.
3Exchanges & Returns
Strictly no refunds and/or returns especially for PayPal orders (unless damage is caused by merchant).

Returns are only allowed for size swaps and/or item swaps.

Size swap:
Exchanges in size is allowed -- this must be made within 3 days upon receiving your order. Client will deposit the shipping fee to merchant's account. Merchant will ship out the right size only after receiving the shipping fee + item for exchange.

Style swap:
You may also opt to exchange an item for an existing item on hand -- this must be made within 3 days upon receiving your order. Balance difference must be settled by concerned party.

4How do I care for my new Anika piece/s?
Each piece is unique and requires special care. Click on a specific product from the Shop page to view the care instructions.
5Do you do alterations?
Minor alterations are allowed at our retail studio (based in Ayala Alabang) for a P350 fee.

This fee may differ depending on the type of alteration.
