1How do I place an order? Can I opt for pick up?
To place an order, browse and shop through our website, www.WearAnika.com. If it’s easier, you may shoot us an email (wear.anika@gmail.com) or direct message via Instagram.

Note that when ordering through the website, a shipping fee is automatically added.

Should you opt for pick-up of order(s) in our Ayala Alabang studio (to save on shipping fee), kindly email us at wear.anika@gmail.com with your name along with your order: style, size and color. Modes of payment accepted are cash or online bank transfer via BPI or BDO. Exact address will be provided once order is confirmed.
2How do I process payment?
When ordering through the site, payment is coursed through Dragonpay, our payment gateway. The most common modes of payment accepted are: (1) Online Bank Transfer, (2) Over-the-Counter Bank Deposit, and (3) Credit Card via PayPal. Other options are available.

For Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer, follow the instructions sent via email prompt once you’ve confirmed your order. Please note Dragonpay issues a deadline to settle payment.

Online banking – 60 minutes before the Dragonpay reference number expires

Over the Counter Banking – 3 days before Dragonpay reference number expires

Our website inventory is only deducted once payment is confirmed and received. Unpaid orders do not secure the piece(s) you’ve added to cart. Settling payment on time is advised.
3How do I track my package?
We ship your packages via LBC. If you wish to track your package, send us an email at wear.anika@gmail.com and we will provide the LBC tracking number.
4Pre-Order / Customization Policy
We have recently adapted a pre-order basis for ALL our pieces (whether from the latest or from our archives) in order to minimize excess inventory, avoid unnecessary waste, and tighten production since we have been working with a downsized team.

We have recently started accommodating custom orders for an additional P450 custom fee. The scope of customization includes having our available styles done in a different color (subject to approval and fabric availability), shortening or lengthening hems, adding straps. Any form of customization that will drastically modify our design will not be accommodated.

You may course your custom order via email or direct message on Instagram.

Strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds for pre-ordered & custom pieces.
5Pre-Order Lead Time
Because our items are for pre-order, please allow 10 business days upon payment confirmation for your order to be fulfilled.

Once shipped via LBC, package will arrive after 1-2 business days for MM; 3-5 days for provincial. Our courier cannot guarantee next-day delivery, given unforeseen circumstances that may arise, or issues beyond their control.

You may expect your package to arrive within this 10-business day timeframe.
6Exchanges, Returns, & Alterations Policy
For safety reasons, due to the current circumstances, and since all our pieces are for pre-order (no items available on hand), exchanges and returns are NOT allowed.

Minor alterations (shortening of hem/straps, loosening or tightening side seams, sizing up or down) are accommodated for a P450 fee. Client will ship back the item(s) for alteration and will bank transfer the alterations fee + shipping fee. Once received, we will alter accordingly. We can either ship this back or you may opt for pick up.

Any form of alteration that will drastically modify our design will not be accommodated.
7How do I care for my Anika piece(s)?
Each piece is unique and requires special care. Give each Anika keepsake some TLC so it may last you throughout many stages in life. Each piece comes with a hangtag with the ff. care instructions:

Gentle hand wash in COLD water with LIKE colors only. Do not wring. Hang dry. Light iron or steam. Dry cleanable. Machine washable (delicates setting only).
8Do you have a pop-up or a studio to try on your pieces?
We currently hold operations online. You may visit our website www.WearAnika.com to shop our pieces. If you’re hesitant about fit, we will walk you through getting the right size. Send us an email at wear.anika@gmail.com or send us a direct message via Instagram @wear.anika and we’d be more than happy to help.

Prior to the pandemic, we would usually hold weekend pop-ups or trunkshows 2-3 times a year, which we announce through Instagram. We would also accommodate fittings in our Ayala Alabang studio.

Due to current circumstances, pop-ups and private appointments will have to wait.
9Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! We’ve shipped to the USA, the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Austria, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Canada, and Australia.

You may process payment via the PayPal option in our website. We have a standard P3,500 international shipping fee via courier LBC.
