1How do I place an order?
To place an order, click on the “Home” tab from the menu and choose from a collection. To see all items as an entirety, choose the “Shop” tab. Select your items and specify your preferred size. Once you have finalized your selections, click on the “Checkout” button. Fill in your shipping details in the checkout page and submit your order when finished. A confirmation email should be sent your way once successful.

Note that when ordering through the site, the shipping fee is automatically added.

Should you opt for pick-up of order(s) in our Ayala Alabang studio (to save on shipping fee), kindly email us at wear.anika@gmail.com with your name along with your order: style, size and color. Modes of payment accepted are cash or online bank transfer via BPI or BDO.
2How do I process payment?
When ordering through the site, payment is coursed through Dragonpay, our payment gateway. The most common modes of payment accepted are: (1) Online Bank Transfer, (2) Over-the-Counter Bank Deposit, and (3) Credit Card via PayPal. Other options available.

For Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer, follow the instructions sent via email prompt once you’ve confirmed your order. Please note Dragonpay issues a deadline to settle payment.

Online banking – 60 minutes before the Dragonpay reference number expires

Over the Counter Banking – 3 days before Dragonpay reference number expires

Our website inventory is only deducted once payment is confirmed and received. Unpaid orders do not secure the piece(s) you’ve added to cart.

PLEASE SETTLE PAYMENT ON TIME.
3What courier do you use? How do I track my package?
We ship your packages via LBC, which usually takes 1-2 business days. Our courier cannot guarantee next-day delivery, given unforeseen circumstances that may arise, or issues beyond their control.

If you wish to track your package, send us an email at wear.anika@gmail.com and we will provide the LBC tracking number.
4Exchanges and Returns Policy
For safety reasons, due to the current situation we are in and since all our pieces are currently for pre-order (we don’t have our pieces on hand), exchanges and returns are NOT allowed.

We’ve recently adapted the pre-order scheme for ALL pieces (whether latest collection or from past archives) to minimize waste and control production since we have been working with a downsized team.

We do offer alterations services for an additional P450 labor fee per piece.

5How do I care for my Anika piece(s)?
Each piece is unique and requires special care. Give each piece you own some TLC so it may last you throughout milestones. Each piece comes with a hangtag with the ff. care instructions:

Gentle hand wash in COLD water with LIKE colors only. Do not wring. Hang dry. Light iron or steam. Dry cleanable. Machine washable (delicates setting only).
6Do you do alterations?
Minor alterations (shortening of hem, loosening or tightening sides) are allowed for a P450 fee. Client will ship back the item for alteration and will bank transfer the alterations fee + shipping fee. Once received, we will ship altered item back.

This fee may differ depending on the type of alteration. Some fees may go up to P550. Any form of alteration that will change the design will not be accommodated.
7Pre-Order Policy
We produce limited quantities during production so as soon as styles have sold out, we open said styles for pre-order—depending on fabric availability. To see which pieces are available for pre-order, visit www.WearAnika.com and find them under the “Pre-Order” tab.

During this time of ECQ, we will process your pre-order, but we ask for your patience and understanding. As soon as circumstances improve, we will resume production and shipping. We’ll keep you updated.

Post-ECQ, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

Strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds for pre-ordered pieces.
8Do you have a shop I can visit to try on your pieces?
We currently hold operations online only. You may visit our website www.WearAnika.com to shop our pieces. If you’re hesitant about fit, we will walk you through getting the right size. Send us an email at wear.anika@gmail.com or send us a DM via Instagram @wear.anika.

We have occasional weekend pop-ups or trunkshows 2-3 times a year (depending on circumstances), which we announce through our Instagram.

9Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! Based on experience, we’ve shipped to the USA, the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Austria, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

You may process payment via the PayPal option in our website. We have a standard P3,500 international shipping fee via courier DHL.
