Custom orders are to be coursed through our sales and community manager via email or Instagram, not the website.
As of Feb. 1 2025, custom fee is P600/style (“Custom Fee”). Minor Alteration Fee will remain to be P450/style.
Any form of customization that will drastically modify our design will not be accommodated.
Strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom pieces, as these are for pre-order as well.
The same lead time policy will apply to your custom orders.
If you wish to make further adjustments to your custom keepsake, the Minor Alteration Fee of P450 will still apply on top of the P600 Custom Fee.
Our scope of customization includes:
- Customized colors
Having our existing designs made in different colors/fabrics other than what's offered, subject to approval and fabric availability. Send us a message to request for current available colors and fabrics as our stocks vary from time to time. - Customized sizing
If having a piece customized to your specs, please advise current body measurements in inches. Please see how to measure accurately below. We are not liable for inaccurate body measurement taking. - Minor customizations
Change in overall length (shorter/longer), removal of pockets, additional zippers or slits, modification of straps or necklines—are all subject to approval. Any customization that will drastically modify our intended design or fit will not be accommodated.
How to measure accurately:
Use a standard dressmaking measuring tape. Make sure the tape is aligned front & back.
- Bust: fullest part where nipples are
- Waist: smallest part, usually right above belly button
- Hips: fullest part where butt is
Do not measure too tight or too loose (a finger allowance is enough). We will always leave enough room/seam allowance for a most comfortable fit. Please note our pieces are not designed to be tight-fitting and each style may vary in fit and silhouette. We will follow body measurements provided and create your custom keepsake with our design intent in mind for every style.
