Staying true to our deep commitment to sustainability, slow fashion, and a focus on quality over quantity, we want your every purchase to be intentional and meaningful. Thus, all our pieces are for pre-order. We do not have any items available on-hand. We only begin production once you've placed, confirmed, and paid for your order. Therefore, we do not accommodate requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to your change-of-mind or customer mistakes.

For every single transaction, you are entitled to one reusable fabric pouch bag. Should you request for an additional pouch bag, this will be P150/bag.

All orders (whether placed via our website, email, Instagram, WhatsApp or other platforms coursed through our sales and community manager) are non-refundable. Shipping fee is non-refundable as well. For pick-ups, orders must be coursed via email, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp.

We are more than happy to help you choose the right size/style before making that meaningful purchase. All questions and concerns are welcome! Just shoot us an email or an Instagram DM.

Size charts for each style are available for review via our website under every product page. We provide each clothing item’s measurement for you to cross-check if your body measurements will fit in each style’s standard sizing. Please note that each style may vary in fit and measurement.

If necessary, we offer minor alterations for P450/style (“Minor Alteration Fee”) in order to resolve any fit issues you may experience upon receiving your item (a need to size up, size down, adjust hem), including any work that will minimally alter our intended design for personal preferences.

In the event that you receive a defective item, we shall waive any fees and make the necessary arrangements to right our wrong. However, we are not liable for any mishandling outside of our recommended care instructions, found in every hangtag: gentle hand wash in cold water with like colors only, do not wring, hang dry, light iron or steam, dry cleanable, and machine washable on a delicate setting only (currently, these care instructions apply to all Anika styles, except our Pino top (butter & navy), Theo pant (white), Eva midi dress, Dune maxi skirt (off white), Mori knee-length dress (multicolor), which have a slightly different care). Any damage resulting from improper care (e.g., shrinkage, discoloration, or fabric distortion) will not be covered. We have also provided the care instructions for every style in the website under each product page. For any care instruction questions, please feel free to shoot us an email or direct message.

We will do our best to ensure that you are ultimately happy with your keepsake(s) by providing feasible solutions that will remain within our store policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may show disregard for our store policies and/or disrespect towards our team and/or brand values.

Since adopting a pre-order format, we are proud to have minimized waste, resolved excess inventory challenges, and streamlined our production process.

LEAD TIME

Kindly allow 10 business days (or less) lead time upon payment confirmation for your order to arrive, with the exception of November and December. During these months, due to the holiday rush, the lead time is extended to 15 business days. Strictly no rush orders during our peak season.

Good things take time. We thank you for your kind understanding—your unwavering support keeps our team going and thriving.

RESALE POLICY

For over ten years, our community has been the foundation of everything we do — and this policy exists to protect it.

At the heart of our brand is a commitment to slow fashion: designing each piece with intention and purpose, never chasing trends, and always prioritizing meaning over volume. Every item we create is made to find its way to someone who truly values it.

Out of respect for every customer who has walked this journey with us, we do not allow bulk purchases intended for resale. Our products are meant to be worn and cherished by the people who love them — not marked up and resold elsewhere.

Our pop-ups are an extension of this vision. They exist first and foremost as a space for our team to connect personally with the loyal customers who have supported us from the beginning. Collaborative or crowdsourced purchasing arrangements — where individuals pool together to acquire items on behalf of others — go against the spirit of what we are building and will not be accommodated.

We may limit purchase quantities at our discretion, and orders or transactions flagged for resale or group-buying activity may be cancelled or refused. We appreciate your understanding and your role in keeping our community fair, intentional, and true to what we stand for.
